Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

The item must not be damaged, altered, or worn out.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Items purchased on clearance, sale, or marked as "final sale" (if applicable).

Requests made after the 7-day return window has expired.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if there is a defect or issue).

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are typically issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, based on details provided by the customer.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

Exchange requests must also be made within the 7-day return window.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
